Discovery

During the Discovery Phase the objective is to help you assess your current situation and develop a clear and powerful vision for your benefits/incentive programs. The first step is to rate the effectiveness of your company's employee benefits program by completing the WorkForce Transformation Scorecard™, followed by a 90-minute Discovery WorkshopTM session.  The observations made during the workshop will enable your organization to take steps toward the next phase of Workforce Transformation, Planning.
